Review of Beijing’s 9-hour tour to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Badaling Great Wall, with lunch, transport, and practical tips.
“Our guide was nice and knowledgeable. But even though all the group members had paid for the entrance to the forbidden city they were told to buy tickets at the gate and this delayed our trip over an hour. This left is just less than an hour at the Great Wall which was disappointing. After all the planning we did not get to spend time at the Great Wall.”

“I firstly should say that the tour guide, Jenny, was really great and if I could just give her a review, it'd be 5/5. The tour itself was just ok. The great wall was definitely amazing and had the tour just been that, I would give it a 5/5. UnfortunatelRead more”

Hike the quieter Jinshanling Great Wall from Simatai West, with mountain views, expert guiding, local lunch, and a challenging 3-hour walk.
“The hike was excellent, I was lucky with the weather, and the scenery was beautiful. This section of the wall is perfect for a hike,l of a couple of hours, especially the starting part which was almost for ourselves. It was well guided, they provided snacks and water, and the drive was smooth and on time. Good lunch too. Overall, a recommended experience.”

Review of a private Guilin to Yangshuo day tour with Reed Flute Cave, Xianggong Hill, Fuli bamboo rafting, and rice fields.
“The trip was very well organized, the tour guide (Victor) was very helpful and his English was on a good level. All the entries except the cable car up to the Great Wall (~$20) were included. Lunch was great and suitability checked with all the attendees beforehand. No extreme rush during the trip and the less interesting places (mostly for local jade/tea shopping) were not taking too long. Set your expectation on a level proper to the price and you will be surprised in a positive way for sure.”
