Review of Beijing’s 9-hour tour to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, and Badaling Great Wall, with lunch, transport, and practical tips.

“Our guide was nice and knowledgeable. But even though all the group members had paid for the entrance to the forbidden city they were told to buy tickets at the gate and this delayed our trip over an hour. This left is just less than an hour at the Great Wall which was disappointing. After all the planning we did not get to spend time at the Great Wall.”

Review of Beijing’s Badaling Great Wall tour, with transport, guide, Olympic sights, costs, timing, shopping stops, and booking advice.

“The tour was good as it took us to the Great Wall that's what we wanted. It was a bit difficult understanding the guide. We only had 1 hour and 15 minutes to take the sky cable to wall, walk the wall and return. Wish we had a little more time. We had a pick up from the hotel followed by visiting the Ming tomb, visiting a Jade Factory shopping and lunch, the wall and visiting a tea shop.”
